"The driver arrived a few minutes before pick up which was good and the journey are as predicted and I arrived at my destination in good time for my hospital appointment. I had already estimated the likely journey time hence booked allowing for any minor traffic delay. I was surprised at how much a 30 minute journey cost. Please note that when setting the pick up time it was not immeadiately clear if using AM / PM or the 24 hour clock."
